This project is located in the Ponzano area in the center of Madrid. It was formerly used as a commercial space and it is now transformed for residential use. The owner decided to renovate it for sale, which left many design options open.

The apartment itself is facing the street on one side and a small patio on the other one, meaning not much natural light was entering the center of the space. Opening up the walls as much as it was possible and going very bright with selected pain tones and materials, brought the light in. Another challenge in this project was the difficult angles the space possessed, which gave the opportunity to get even more creative and design special custom-made furniture, to take advantage of all the little corners of the apartment.

Natural materials – oak, rattan, stone, a neutral color palette in beige and grey, details in black and gold and glass predominate in the interior.
